Digital Cinematography

Anyone with an interest in Cinematography is eligible for this course. The course will provide knowledge on Cameras, Lenses, Lighting, Film Aesthetics, Realtime Production, Color Grading and other required aspects


Direction for Film & TV

Anyone with an interest in filmmaking is eligible for this course. The course will provide you an opportunity to explore scriptwriting, camera, editing and sound design with both aesthetic and technical inputs. This could be a hobby or the beginning of a serious journey into filmmaking.


Acting for Cinema

In general this course is specially designed for anyone who wants to try a career in acting for Cinema and Television and in particular designed for working men and women who wants to sharpen their skill in acting for Film and Television


Digital Film Making

This 9 weekends Course is an introductory program into the Basics of Digital Filmmaking. The following will be the subjects of the course: Basics of Direction, Script Writing, Film History & Appreciation, Camera Operation & Lighting, Editing with introduction to related software, Sound Design, Location Recording and Mixing, Handling of Actors, Production Design, Scheduling, Graphics and Visual Effects, Introduction to Funding Avenues, Submission for International Film Festivals and other related subjects.

Film Appreciation

This 5 weekends course will introduce students to Film History, Aesthetics & Techniques of Cinema and an understanding of Contemporary Cinema.

Basics of Script Writing

This 8 days (over 4 weeks) course will introduce students to basics of Scriptwriting, Story Adaptation, Screenplay and Plot & Character Development.


This 12 days over 6 weeks course will will provide training on cameras, lenses, lighting, program production and colour correction. The main thrust of the course will be hands-on training. Renowned cinematographer K G Jayan will be conducting the course.
